About us

Just Business Finance is an independent commercial finance broker, licensed by the Office of Fair Trading, Consumer Credit Licence number 597265.

We were set up by Judith Parkin, whose experience includes 20 years working for one of the main High Street Banks.  Part of which included managing a portfolio of business clients and credit control management as well as Assistant Manager for the Licensed Trade Department. She wished to use this knowledge and experience to provide the business population with a fresh approach to their business finance needs.

Alongside her professional knowledge Judith has also passed her BTEC in Business Studies and Finance as well as the Certificate in Commercial Mortgages and is an affiliated member of the BII and member of her local Chamber of Trade.

People are becoming more financially aware - having said that shopping around for business finance can be time consuming and paper intensive, so why not choose to use us, an independent broker firm and we will do the sourcing for you and then be on hand to assist you every step of the way to completion. Many  people are not aware you don’t have to have your trading account at the same place as your business loan, therefore if you are happy with the day to day running of your account, however would also enjoy more preferential terms for your borrowing, this too can be achieved.
